Find out what your home qualifies for.

Free assessment, no obligation.

We check your property against the government's Boiler Upgrade Scheme and current solar options, then arrange a free assessment with an accredited installer. Takes two minutes.

How it works

Four steps, no pressure

01

We check what you qualify for

A short conversation about your property, your heating and your ownership.

02

We match you to an installer

MCS certified, accredited, and covering your area.

03

Free assessment at your home

The installer visits, surveys the property and gives you a fixed price.

04

You decide

No obligation at any stage. If it's not right, it's not right.

Boiler Upgrade Scheme

The government pays £7,500 towards a heat pump

£7,500 if you're on mains gas, or £9,000 if you're on oil or LPG. The grant goes to your installer and comes off the price — you don't claim it back.

Eligibility

You own the property

Owner or joint owner.

England or Wales

The scheme doesn't cover Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Replacing fossil fuel heating

Mains gas, oil or LPG, replaced in full.

Not a new build

Existing homes only.

Already have solar panels? That doesn't affect your eligibility — the grant looks at your heating system, not your roof.

Solar & battery

Generate your own electricity

Electricity prices have more than doubled since 2020. Solar with battery storage lets you generate and store your own, and the Smart Export Guarantee pays you for what you export.

Roof suitability checked

Orientation, shading and structure assessed before anything is quoted.

MCS certified installers

Every installer we work with is accredited for the work they carry out.

Smart Export Guarantee explained

Understand what you're paid for exported electricity before you decide.

How we work

We're not the installer — and that's the point

Voltra Energy finds homeowners and matches them to installers who are accredited for the work. The installer surveys your property, quotes you directly, and carries out the installation. You'll know exactly who you're dealing with before you commit to anything.

Check your home

Two minutes to find out where you stand

Answer a few questions about your property and we'll check it against the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and current solar options.

Free, and no obligation at any stage.
